I’m a photographer and director from Dominican Republic. (Nov. 23, 1989). Starlin Tatis is one of the most important photographer in his field, becoming one of the most relevant artists of his country. He developed a great capacity to reproduce black and white images, a technique he has developed over the years. His most representative work has been in portraiture and his most recent series with the Dominican actor Juan Fernandez.
