The web pages under the www.art-bee.com URL (hereinafter “website”) are operated by BELLEVUE GROUP OÜ (hereinafter “ART-BEE”), Harju Maakond, Kesklinna linnaosa, Sakala tn 7-2, 10141 Tallinn, Estonia. In the following we will inform you in detail about the handling of your data that we collect via our website.

3. Calling up our website

You can visit our online gallery without providing any personal information. We temporarily save your access data, which is summarized in a log file on our web servers. The access data includes the following information:

  • Amount of data transferred,
  • Notification of whether the retrieval was successful
  • Identification data of the browser and operating system used,

4. ART-BEE account

You have the option of creating ART-BEE account for our website. Here you can make purchases and receive important background information from the art area.

When creating ART-BEE account, you will be asked to enter your first name, last name, email address and a password. E-mail address and password serve as access data, which we compare with your entries that you make when accessing your art-bee multiple account. We use your surname and first name to find out who our contractual partner is. This serves to carry out pre-contractual measures and to fulfill the contract (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 b) GDPR).

To complete the registration, we will send you an email with a link. Your registration will not be completed until you click on the link. If you do not click on the link for more than 14 days, your registration data will be deleted unless you are registered as a guest with an order in our system.

The creation of ART-BEE account is voluntary. You can place orders at any time without an account as a guest. In this case, however, you will always have to enter your data each time you place a new order. The art-bee account has the following areas:

  • Overview: This area contains the account information and the address book.
  • User data : This area shows you the saved data (last name, first name, email address). You can also view and change your password here.
  • Addresses: Here you can save billing and delivery addresses including additional data such as telephone and fax numbers. If you provide the name and address of third parties, you must have obtained the relevant consent of the third party beforehand, which entitles you to do so.
  • Orders: Here you can view your orders including their order status.

You can cancel your ART-BEE account at any time by sending us a message. We reserve the right to terminate your account after 5 years of continuous inactivity with one month’s notice to the end of the month.

5. Ordering process

The name and address provided in the context of the order are required to carry out pre-contractual measures or to fulfill the contract. Without this data, no contract can be concluded. Your telephone number is requested in order to be able to contact you by phone to organize the delivery and for questions about orders. The data you provide (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) are stored electronically and used by ART-BEE in the context of order and payment processing and the delivery of goods. We use the email address you provided to send you the confirmation of receipt and order. All data processing in accordance with this section 5.1 is carried out for the implementation of pre-contractual or contractual purposes (Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 b) GDPR).

6. Cookies 

We use cookies in our online gallery to make your visit attractive and to enable the use of certain functions. The cookies are small text files that are sent from our web server to your browser and stored on your device. Cookies are only set if you have consented to this via the entry banner on our online gallery (Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 a) GDPR) and your browser settings allow cookies to be set. This does not apply if it is a mandatory cookie, e.g. the cookie that is set as part of an order to ensure that the shopping cart is retained even when changing pages. In such a case, the cookie is set for pre-contractual purposes in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 b) GDPR.
